What can a vet help with on video?
Skin and ear problems, tummy upsets, changes in eating or behaviour, a limp you can show on camera, medicine questions and second opinions. Diagnoses on a video call are provisional, and if your pet needs to be examined in person, the vet will tell you.
When should I use Ask a Vet instead of a call?
When your question doesn't need the vet to see your pet live — a rash you can photograph, a diet question, whether something is normal. It costs ₹299. A registered vet answers within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and you can reply for 48 hours. Answers are advice, not a prescription.
What goes in the Health Record?
Your pet's vaccinations, deworming and tick-and-flea doses, with what's due next worked out from their age and life (for dogs and cats), plus documents like a licence, vaccination card or lab report. You get reminders in the app, and by email if you turn them on.
Which pets can I add?
Dogs, cats and other pets such as rabbits, birds and guinea pigs. Recommended vaccination schedules are for dogs and cats.
When can I book a call?
Pick any open 30-minute slot in the next 7 days, at least 15 minutes ahead. Join opens 10 minutes before your time. Cancel more than 5 minutes before and your consultation credit comes back.
How do I pay?
By UPI. Choose a pack in the app, pay with any UPI app, then tap "I've paid". We confirm payments by hand between 8 am and 8 pm and email you when your consultations are ready.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Furrie works in your phone's or laptop's browser at app.furrie.in, and you can add it to your home screen. Video calls need a browser that allows your camera and microphone.
Can I use Furrie in an emergency?
No. Furrie is not for emergencies. If your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed, is having a seizure or may have eaten poison, go to your nearest pet hospital now.
